Pregnancy Pilates
This gentle class will help prepare you for the birth and motherhood through gentle and controlled exercises.
Being a mother of two, l am aware that having a baby places huge strains on the muscles and joints. Pregnancy Pilates aims to:

Improve posture

Strengthen the deep lower stomach muscles, to help hold the weight of the bump and therefore taking the strain off the back

Strengthen and tone the body preparing your body for labour

Strengthen the pelvic floor, reducing the risk of leakage before and after the birth

Improve circulation decreasing the risk of blood clots, swelling and leg cramping

Release any stresses and promote relaxation
Must be 16 weeks into pregnancy & have Midwifes consent.
Costs
Pregnancy Classes £60.00 for 4 weeks
Get a group of friends together and have a private Pregnancy Pilates class = £60/hour
