Pregnancy Pilates

 

This gentle class will help prepare you for the birth and motherhood through gentle and controlled exercises.

Being a mother of two, l am aware that having a baby places huge strains on the muscles and joints. Pregnancy Pilates aims to: 
  • Improve posture

  • Strengthen the deep lower stomach muscles, to help hold the weight of the bump and therefore taking the strain off the back

  • Strengthen and tone the body preparing your body for labour

  • Strengthen the pelvic floor, reducing the risk of leakage before and after the birth

  • Improve circulation decreasing the risk of blood clots, swelling and leg cramping

  • Release any stresses and promote relaxation

 

Must be 16 weeks into pregnancy & have Midwifes consent.

Costs

Pregnancy Classes    £60.00 for 4 weeks

Get a group of friends together and have a private Pregnancy Pilates class = £60/hour

Missed classes

There are no refunds for missed classes.
