Beginners

A gentle introduction to Pilates. You will learn the basics of Pilates including correct breathing, pelvic & shoulder stabilisation and how to strengthen the abdominals, the back & leg muscles through a range of different exercises.

 

Beginner Plus

Pilates is a continual learning process. This is a progressive class continuing from the Beginners class. A flowing & dynamic class building on the sound knowledge of the basics, building more core strength & stamina.



​Intermediate/Advance

This level offers challenging sequences of movement based on the Classical Pilates repertoire. The exercises will develop strength, co-ordination and flexibility. A really thorough workout for the whole body. Only suitable for those with experience of Pilates.

What to wear

Please wear something comfortable and always wear clean socks.
