Mother and Baby Pilates

 

It is common for women to feel disconnected from their bodies after birth and the step to reclaiming your body is an important one. Pilates is the perfect way to strengthen the body from the inside out – with the added benefit that in this class you can bring your baby with you.

 Post Natal Pilates aims to:

  • Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles

  • Strengthen your upper body 

  • regain abdominal strength and connection 

  • improve back ache 

  • improve posture 

  • increase core strength 

  • feel more mobile in stiff areas 

  • feel more confident and energised 

  • feel like your old self again

 

 

 

While you exercise your baby can sit in a car seat or travel cot, lie on a blanket in the studio by your side.

Cost

£60.00 for 4 weeks

Get a group of friends together and do a private class with your babies = £60/hour

Missed classes

There are no refunds for missed classes. 

You must be 6 weeks post pregnancy after a natural birth and 12 weeks post pregnacy after a C-section.
